FOR PRIVATE RESIDENCES, MULTI-FAMILY DWELLINGS, APARTMENT UNITS AND CHURCHES ONLY
PERMITTED CLEANUP MATERIALS INCLUDE: Household receptacles, furniture, heating boilers, hot water heaters, stoves, washing machines, clothes dryers, air conditioners, refrigerators and freezers (with doors removed), dishwashers, carpets, bedding, television sets, stereos, and similar household appliances.
BUT EXCLUDING: Tires, automobiles and any parts thereof, building and construction materials, earth, grass and yard waste, industrial refuse, hazardous materials, demolition materials, tree stumps, logs of wood, broken concrete, fencing, propane tank, chemicals, motor oil, paint, appliances with refrigerants and recyclable materials (newspapers, glass, aluminum, bimetal cans, plastic, cardboard, batteries, etc.). Note that lawnmowers and riding tractors with gas or oil in them will not be picked up.
IMPORTANT: Cleanup piles shall be limited to ten feet long by five feet wide by six feet high per residence. Please remove doors from refrigerators and freezers. Note that contractor will not pick up tires, propane tanks or paint cans
The Borough will be divided into three (3) areas which will be picked up during three (3) cleanup periods as indicated below.
MATERIAL TO BE PUT ON THE CURB OR SIDE OF THE ROAD ON THE NIGHT OF:
- Area #1: Sunday, April 13, 2008 for the properties North of U.S. Route 202 and East of Claremont Road, Post Lane and Dryden Road, but excluding those properties bordering directly on Route 202.
Area #2: Sunday April 20, 2008 for the properties North of U.S. Route 202 and West of Claremont Road, Post Lane and Dryden Road, but excluding those properties bordering directly on Route 202.
Area #3: Sunday, April 27, 2008 for those properties South of U.S. Route 202 and the properties bordering both sides of U.S. Route 202.
