Dear Interested Respondent,

We were asked a question about the RFQ/RFP, regarding whether a response will need to conform with the current zoning.

The answer to this question is two-fold:

  • New zoning overlays will be applied to the subject sites, so responses that do not conform to current zoning requirements will be considered
  • However, responses should be mindful of the existing rural/suburban nature of the community.  Changes to the zoning code that would create a significant departure from the existing character of the area are unlikely to occur.

We hope this sufficiently answers this question.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that submissions will be received by Bernardsville Borough, and opened on or before April 17, 2018. Qualifications/Proposal should be submitted to the Borough Clerk at the municipal building, Bernardsville Borough, 166 Mine Brook Road, Bernardsville, New Jersey, 07924.

RFQ packages are on file at the Bernardsville Borough Purchasing Department, Bernardsville Borough, 166 Mine Brook Road, Bernardsville, New Jersey 07924 and may be obtained during regular business hours, 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. RFQ packages are also available via email by emailing the Borough Clerk at asuriano@bernardsvilleboro.org
